This process should be completed prior to attempting to install a new certificate for the first time when a certificate is requested within the Windows Vista or Windows 7/8 operating systems, or when advised by your local technical support team.

Instructions:

The following instructions will guide you through downloading the trusted root certificate file that needs to be present on your Windows Vista / Windows 7/8 machine in order to install your requested certificate.

1. Step 1:
   1. Download the trusted root certificate to your computer.
   2. Right click here or link http://verify.dft.go.th/DFTEDICA-Cert.zip
   3. Select "Save target as..."
   4. Select a location on your computer.
   5. To specify the file name DFTEDICA-Cert.zip For Save.
   6. Click Save
       
2. Step 2:
   1. Install the certificate
   2. If I download DFTEDICA-Cert.zip Need to unzip it first.
   3. Right click on the DFTEDICA-Cert.cer file.
   4. Select "Install Certificate"

   1. Click Next
      
      
       
4. Step 4:
   1. Select "Place all certificates in the following store"
   2. Select "Browse..." 
       
      
5. Step 5:
   1. Select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities"
   2. Click OK
      
      
6. Step 6:
   1. Click Next
      
      
7. Step 7:
   1. Click Finish
      
      
8. Step 8:
   1. Click Yes
      
      
9. Step 9: 
   1. Click OK
